I cought two C.nodus queens test tubed them and after two weeks one died with no layed eggs, so far the other one is alive and accepting sugar water. Why she hasnt layed eggs what could be wrong?

She could be late or she doesn't have something that she needs. I don't know anything about this species, but I think that if you let her quiet and alone, she'll lay eggs.
About the sugar water, are you sure that she needs it? Maybe the sugar has postponed the deposition...
Another thing, what's the temperature of the place where you keep it?

The temperature is never bellow 25C also she ate the sugar water so i think she doesnt mind it. Im going to place her somewhere hotter. I cought her on Stara planina in Serbia, where at night its 18C and at day its around 35 depends on the clouds. How much humidity does she need in the test tube? Im so nervous i really want her to progress in the colony....
